Saturday, December 4, 2021 - Sixteenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Inovasi - Lake Bluff IL): Flight of Charmes-Chambertin across 4 decades. More red than black fruit, charming and easy with good+ length, still fresh enough. Finished with slightly more firmness and tartness than I'd consider ideal.
