Thursday, November 25, 2010 - This was an excellent wine that we used for a wine dinner party and paired with a lemon-mustard marinated flank steak and garlic bread. An excellent match. The bottle breathed for 10 hours prior to consumption and was extremely mellow with very little tannins.
