Monday, January 23, 2012 - Opened and let sit in my glass for about 30 minutes. Drank over next hour with Sausage and Peppers dinner. Big heavy wine (and bottle)Dark fruit with spice. Each glass got better than the previous one. Velvety mouthfeel. This wine was very good, and with a bit more airtime, might have added another point or so. Very good effort.
