Saturday, May 12, 2012 - Tasted from a 1/2 bottle.....this is beautiful wine. The nose is complex and evolved nicely to reveal dark fruit, a floral character and just a hint of peppery spice and a tiny bit of meaty/earthiness. The flavors have floral, dark fruits and some nice minerality on the tail end. The palate is medium + body, silky but with a fine-grained structure on the long finish. The half bottle is drinking beautifully.....if I had any 750's I'd drink them now and through the next 5+ years.
