Wednesday, June 6, 2012 - Delicious, yummy, a WA Syrah. Day II. Dark, not extracted. Some mineral and fruit dark roasted notes. Rich palate, restrained fruit, some Cherry Cola? Weird. Sweet & dry finish. Some chalky mineral at the finish, which is mostly on the palate. Not to much acid in this, or tannins, so I suggest to start drinking now w a couple of hour decant. Enjoy for a few more years. Lovley.
