Monday, July 4, 2011 - Nose wasn't giving up much. Initially had an odd, almost carbonated characteristic which went away after about 10 minutes. Got some raspberries up front and some subtle cocoa, but the finish was really short and a bit hot. Don't think the bottle was off, but not rating in case it was.
