Sunday, December 29, 2019 - Decanted 5 hours. Drank in the 5-7 hour range. Very nice. Softer than the other wines we drank that night, but I'd put it in the elegant category. To me this is a wine to enjoy more among 2-3 people than a dinner party with 10 wines. Looking forward to my 04 and 07 magnums. Has time left, but I'd recommend drinking soon.
