Friday, February 1, 2019 - Took over an hour in a decanter to come around. Into neck fill. Dark roast coffee, tobacco, cedar, grilled meats, dense black cherry skins and fruit, Oak with hints of blueberries. Finally after a few hours, some sweet and slightly sour red fruits appeared in the long finish. Is it possible to have too much going on in a single glass?
