Wednesday, May 29, 2019 - Po’s 89 Bordeaux @ Trompette (La Trompette, London): Riper and flabbier on the nose. A touch of port and somehow a little flat on the nose. Ripe and quite broad. A little dusty in the finish. This is somewhat full on and a touch over cooked. Better with raw meat or Stilton, perhaps. ***
