Tuesday, July 14, 2020 - Consistent with my last 2 notes, this is a fabulous drink. However, I need to reiterate that it is at the beginning of its decline with the nose showing overaging displaying sherry like aromas. However, it is still holding itself together on the palate with fantastic depth and complexity. It does need an hour or two in the decanter to blow off some the off putting notes on the nose.
