Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Absolutely a stunner. No barnyard funk in this bottle. Slow ox for 1 hr, decant 30min prior to serving. Do not over decant this wine. After 2.5 hrs it developed a noticeable (but not dominant) stewed note that only hit initially but faded quickly. Suggest 30 min. TONS of sediment in the bottle. Wonderful xmas eve treat
