Friday, February 9, 2018 - We had this again with a different brand of baby back ribs (Lloyd's), which was less sweet. It was a better pairing, bringing out the pepper, herbs and darker fruit notes of the wine. I thought this was a great showing of a 10-year old Zinfandel, but maybe better a few years ago? Neither I nor my spouse was blown away by the quality. I'm looking forward to trying some newer vintages. Drink now.
