Thursday, April 19, 2018 - My best (and last) bottle of this wine. Spectacular nose (crushed rocks, red sour cherries, hints of orange rind, rose petals). Delicious on the palate too - fruit, acidity, minerality. Great balance. Hints of tertiary notes add complexity. Tannins and acidity still there, and suggest this should continue to age well for a few more yrs. If I had more (which, sadly, I do not), I would revisit in 2020.
