Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Still drinking wonderfully. Only sign of age is the sediment, otherwise big sour cherry fruit with cinnamon and baking spices, hit of black pepper. Quite meaty on opening, long spicy finish. Really, this baby not showing its age at all.
