Monday, September 25, 2006 - Dinner with the Cassettas (The Square, London): I was surprised how restrained this was, soft ripe fruit but with a solid tannic kick, high acid. Very long smooth wine, I hope with time the beautiful dark cherry and strawberry notes are balnced by savoury herbs that are currently in the background. 94-96 Points
