Sunday, January 31, 2021 - First one from my own stash - and it was worth the wait. The wood is now completely integrated - yet is stil very concentrated indeed with a core of kirsch, quite primary for it's age, although beginning to broad and showing more local. There is a real future here - certanly took it's sweet time coming around.
