Saturday, February 7, 2015 - Bottle was previously opened for an hour and consumed over two more. Initially showed significant reduction - a decant would have benefit the wine - but it slowy opened, offering subtle red fruit and white pepper. On palate this wine carried a high acidity with a prominent metallic/mineral flavors and overall was elegant, smooth and a long finish.
