Tuesday, February 9, 2010 - When just opened I could barely find the nose. Needs time to open up. But when it does, smells like flowers after a summer rain, mixed with pine tree essence. Makes my tongue stand up on end right now, like I need to scrape the wine from my mouth before I need to drink again. This wine needs food.
