Sunday, June 10, 2012 - Decanted two hours. Medium clear red. Lovely delicate floral nose. Medium body with complex fruit and aromatics. Good finish. Tasted with 2004 Stefano Farini, which was bigger but less elegant. Both were great with sausage pasta and with cheese.
