Wednesday, August 30, 2017 - 5/6, good cork.
Medium garnet core, pale garnet rim.
Nose shows pretty red fruit, touch of soil, spice and a lightly sweet creamy edge. Odd whiff of smoke. Medium bodied, attractive lightly creamy old vine red fruit - raspberry, strawberry - vibrant acidity, very good length finish. Grippy yet fine tannins. Lovely, drinking well, no hurry.
