Saturday, May 28, 2011 - Drank over a leisurely Saturday evening at home. No detailed notes but this was a more citrussy and less oaky character than other bottles. Full-bodied but light on its feet. Good minerals and crushed rock palate, lightly honeyed. Good roasted lemons and fresh crushed limes finish. Considerable length and some resonance on the finale. No evidence of heat in this particular bottle.
