Friday, January 21, 2011 - UGC 2008 Bordeaux Tasting (Palate Hotel, SF): Deep black fruits on the nose, but palate has more red fruits. Palate is a bit tart right now, but the wine is balanced and has a nice finish. I think this will be good in a few years.
