Saturday, September 17, 2016 - Black core, dense.
Ripe young fruit, smooth and a little earthy, plums and fruitcake spice, refined and brightly sweet and spicy.
Medium weight, dense, flavour packed, youthful, tight, lots of tannins, ripe and strong, sugars mask them to an extent, dark fruit profile, tar and graphite complexity, a little sweet sherbet, good acidity, delicious.
