Thursday, August 31, 2017 - Still young, obviously, but enjoyable with extended decanting. Best on the fourth day. Very rich, flavorful, dense fruit and other savory flavor notes.

It still has some rough tannic edges and the various elements haven't quite integrated yet, although this improved by Day 4. Not surprising given its youth. This should soften and integrate further with time and clearly has room for improvement.
