Tuesday, September 7, 2021 - Very dark, with a sweet nose showing candied cherries, beeswax, pistachio nuts. That dominant sweetness continues on the palate, which is rich and soft, but still has a jammy dimension and feels a bit unbalanced because of it. Quite good, but misses the bar for greatness.
