Tuesday, April 9, 2024 - Always fun to 'disprove' theories... I have long felt that well made NZ Sauvignon (which in general I do not particularly like) keeps really well - and this proves the point. 16 years old and delicious. Dark yellow, mature fruits. Very tasty indeed, and NO sign of oxidation (stelvin....). Lovely.
