Sunday, November 27, 2016 - Served with stuffed pork chops and mashed cauliflower.
Dark crimson, no longer opaque, sediment on side of bottle.
Nose: cherry, touch of blueberry. Nice fruit.
Palate: fruit is dominant, cherry is primary, acid is in balance, tannin muted. Drinking very nicely right now. Raspberry and pepper is on the finish.
