Wednesday, August 19, 2020 - Still very young. That said, it's delicious, and even exciting. I wasn't expecting this (shame on me) from a 2005, but the more I dig in to them, from many producers, the more I'm really enjoying where they're at right now. I'd say this is only at the beginning of what is likely a long, long preferred drinking window. It's the following morning, and I think the finish is still resonating on my palate. Aerated to decanter 90 minutes. highly recommended
