Wednesday, March 7, 2012 - Upon opening the wine, I could smell the wild flowers, citrus, and melon. The color was a deeper straw color than the usual white wines (unlike another reviewer, my bottle was definitely not pale). The wine tasted of melon and citrus with hints of mineral. This wine definitely aged well in the bottle over the last three years--we had enjoyed a bottle in 2009 prior to buying a half case.
