Saturday, January 1, 2011 - (tasted at the shop) Nice brick color, beautiful string of bubbles, nice full nose with hints of smoke over a yeasty background. Smoky notes in the mouth again, very good acidity, citrus aftertaste of medium length. A very good champagne with an excellent price and preferably for food. It will be great for the next 5 years, maybe more.
