Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Deep Garnet with medium intensity developed aromas of plum, violet, wet wood, asian spice Nutmeg, tobacco, raspberry, and thyme. This wine has medium body and tannins with high alcohol and medium acidity. This wine has medium plus intensity flavors and a medium plus finish. This wine has flavors of plum, raspberry, wood, tobacco, nutmeg, in forest floor. This is a very good wine which I think is at its peak so drink within the next year or two max.

This wine truly exceeded my expectations. for an hour, and found that the aromas and palate were consistent, balanced, and complex. The fruit, secondary, and tertiary flavors are in excellent Balance. Predominant flavors include plum, wood, nutmeg, and tobacco.
