Saturday, December 25, 1999 - Wet steel, almost a distilled white fruit(raisins) flavor that begins with the nose and finishes all the way past the back of the mouth. Beautiful acid and balance. A very nice olive oil yellow green color. One of my earlier experiences with white Burgundy.
