Tuesday, May 7, 2013 - Pnp. Beautiful rich chocolate aromas upon opening. Rich fruit and dark chocolate flavors on the palate. Became a little thin and acidic over the first hour. The second hour really started to flesh out. Continued to improve the rest of the night. Good acidity and structure throughout. Tannins are still kicking but it all balances out after a couple of hours. I probably wouldn't drink this for a couple more years if I could wait, but I'm just not that patient today and I have several more bottles in the cellar waiting.
