Saturday, April 27, 2024 - Color: Light to medium yellow. Nose: Bitter almonds. Fresh sea breeze. Mouth: A slight nutty flavor. Salty. Citrus. Fresh. Excellent expressiveness and length. There is an umami flavor like mushrooms. Very rich for a fino.
