Saturday, December 10, 2011 - This nicely illustrate the issue with the 95 white Burgundies, especially the PCs. A bit too fat and lacking acidity. Although not clearly premoxed, a bit too advanced. Golden color, no definition and cloying, not unlike drinking a fifteen year old high octane cali chardonnay. The fruit is like a peeled golden delicious that was exposed to air for fifteen minutes. Not bad but nothing special. Consume immediately.
