This nicely illustrate the issue with the 95 white Burgundies, especially the PCs. A bit too fat and lacking acidity. Although not clearly premoxed, a bit too advanced. Golden color, no definition and cloying, not unlike drinking a fifteen year old high octane cali chardonnay. The fruit is like a peeled golden delicious that was exposed to air for fifteen minutes. Not bad but nothing special. Consume immediately.

Deep golden color. Slight hint of oxidation on the nose, although to me, it did not detract from the enjoyment of the wine. Balanced palaate...perhaps a bit flabby and lacking in acid, but nonetheless, quite enjoyable. A sweet finish that lingers.
