Monday, November 16, 2009 - Shaping up beautifully. Deep bacony nose that develops intense liquorice with time, loads of gamy fruit on the nose. At the vigorous end of maturity though a decade of development still ahead of it. Fruit, game, liquorice, herbs - classic and gorgeous Cote Rotie.
