Sunday, April 14, 2024 - Drunk to accompany chocolate cake. Very indulgent!
Light bronze colour. Lively small bubbles.
Maturity on the nose, stewed pears, melted butter (bottle brought by a friend, so no idea how old it is).
Palate is rich and quite full. Apricots, pineapples. Good acidity, well balanced. Moreish.
