Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Dark violet with slight bricking at rim
Medium plus aromas of dark plum/ black fruit with dried herbs/ garrigue and licorice on the nose
Medium plus bodied with palate of candied plums and blackberry with notes of beef jerky and soy sauce
Medium plus well integrated tannins and medium plus alcohol with medium acidity
Medium plus length led by tannins and alcohol
Remains slightly tight to my palate but not sure any more aging will help this
Drink now or hold 5-10 yrs
