Monday, December 25, 2017 - Absolutely delicious! Seems in perfect condition. Pale straw colour, nice fresh bouquet, tons of acidity still and an unbelievable mineral chalky, tactile finish that lasted for a couple minutes it seemed. A fantastic touch of creamyness in the finish as well that I suppose is a prefect touch of oak?
