Sunday, November 13, 2022 - 40 % Pinot Noir, 40 % Pinot Meunier, and 20 % Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses, Montbré, Sermiers, and Villers-Allerand. 40 to 50 % reserve wines and matured on lees for at least 30 months.

Juicy palate with peach, lime, light bread and nuts. Imo the dosage could be a bit smaller (12 g/L RS vs 6.4 g/L TA). Nevertheless, this is a brilliant apero! Wine Spectator (92) and Parker (90) rated this well.
