Monday, January 1, 2024 - Bubbles to bring in the new year with our last bottle of this wine. Autolytics to the fore but the brioche was well balanced and it did not seem too bready or heavy. If you are not so keen on citrus or the acidic side of things in your fizz, you could do a lot worse than this.
