Monday, April 29, 2024 - Pale elemon in the glass, pillowy mousse- pronounced, developing aromas of brioche, toast, lemon, bruised apples, yellow apple, quince, pear, creme, sea spray, and a steely minerality. In the mouth, the wine is dry, med bodied, high acid, med alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity, and a medium finish. Overall, very good. This is such a reliable bottling and at ~$60 usd, is a helluva value, a realiable cellar defender.
