Lemon and a multitude of interweaving spices grace the palate. Medium-long finish. Perfectly paired with garlic lobster ravioli. Very tight right now – great improvement over two hours. A phenomenal value for grower champagne of this caliber. Dominique Moreau-Polisot is most definitely a winemaker to watch!
