Tight bead, nice mouthfeel and just enough acidity to cleanse the palate. I have it in a big Riedel and as it opens up and warms up I am getting wonderful pear brandy notes along with a strong sense of earth e.g. wet clay and chalk dust. Look closely and you will find some super ripe fruits emerging from the background like papaya and banana.
