Saturday, May 30, 2020 - Disgorged June 2014, cellared for 5 years. 100% pinot noir, extra brut. Could really taste the pinot up front, with pleasant red fruit notes. Finish was dominated by severe acidity, and for me, lacked richness or finesse.
