Friday, October 21, 2022 - At a private dinner, Bardon, Qld. This wine opened initially quite closed but with time in the glass revealed dark berry fruits with a nice touch Asian spice and forest floor. The palate is quite dense and compact suggesting plenty of future evolution but equally plenty of flavour and lovely spice to provide a savoury finish that was quite distinctive on the night.
