Wednesday, December 13, 2023 - Drank this during a wine dinner at Phoenix Garden (Ngee Ann City). Theme of the Evening: Langton's Exceptional Cabernet Dinner. Wines were served two at a time for comparison and contrast.

One of the flagship wines from the Wynns Coonawarra Estate. Only made in good years, this wine presented a lovely eucalyptus, blackcurrant, tobacco, mint and cedar. When compared to the 2006 Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine presents more complexity and dimensions.
