Saturday, May 4, 2019 - Deep colour, barely showing any age. Powerful fruit - blackberry, blueberry, light mint/eucalypt and a hint of chopped tobacco. A fine line of acid. Good mouth feel with a lingering finish. The tannins are smooth. This had a three hour decant/breath (2:00pm-5:00pm) then back in the bottle and was opened and consumed over three hours (7:30pm-10:30pm). It continued to open up in the bottle/glass right up to the last drop. I expect this to cellar for another decade. 94.
