Saturday, July 11, 2020 - A touch of balsamic vinegar about the nose. A food wine with plenty of (dry but not astringent) tannins from both the plavac mali grapes and the wood. This was better than the CT tasting notes had led me to expect. It's its own thing and certainly not a 'fruit bomb' - worked well with roast beef. Continued to develop over a couple of hours - think it has life left in it yet.
